Founded in 1953 by John and Brita Haycraft, International House has grown into one of the world’s most respected organisations for language learning, teaching, and teacher training. Today, the International House World Organisation (IHWO) includes over 150 schools in more than 50 countries worldwide.

In 1990, International House Tbilisi became an affiliated school of the International House World Organisation. Today, we are the largest English language school in Georgia, offering General and Intensive English courses, English for Specific Purposes (ESP), preparation for Cambridge English examinations, IELTS, and TOEFL, as well as comprehensive teacher training programmes.
Our school is located in the centre of Tbilisi, with easy access to public transport. We have 15 well-equipped classrooms, a lending library, and an on-site bookshop, providing a comfortable and effective learning environment.
